Hey, I’m Melissa and I’m a UX/Product designer, graphic designer, mathematician (has-been), and cat lover.

With a background in Mathematics and Graphic Design, I’ve always been drawn to structure and creativity which is a balance that perfectly aligns with UX. After a UX internship at Instructure, I knew I’d found the right path.

I’ve since worked as a UX and Product Designer at Clearlink, Weave, and Instructure, designing for diverse users including educators, healthcare admins, and patients, and leading design system initiatives focused on accessibility, consistency, and scalability.

I’m passionate about the problem solving side of design: uncovering edge cases, visualizing data, and ensuring accessibility best practices at every step. Outside of work, I love rock climbing, camping, reading, and relaxing with my two cats, Meeko and Otis.
